Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all aerodynamic components, hardware, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
